We aim to inspire and motivate staff in local authorities, and give pragmatic, achievable solutions at times of high pressure on local communities and the public services they access in many areas of the country.
The success of our approach is reflected in the consistently excellent feedback we receive.
Value for money is a key concern for Local Authorities and for us. We will always ‘go the extra mile’ in our work to make sure it meets your requirements. But we will also help you to get more value through, for example, delivering training to large groups of authorities/agencies at no additional cost.
On-line delivery of training through webinars and more informal ‘workshop’ style sessions can be an option where requested.
Both Andy and Anna are accomplished trainers and facilitators with extensive experience delivering training to Housing Needs and Housing Options Teams and other housing organisations.
From one off training days to longer terms reviews, short reports looking at policy and practice to on-going support for key policy changes, we offer bespoke support that really does make a positive difference.
