A service review to help you to develop your local policy and practice on 16/17s,

and/or care leavers or all young people 16 – 25.

The review can cover:

 

•    Analysis of current service – data, policies, procedures, systems and processes

 

•    Consultation with key stakeholders including young people, voluntary agencies, housing associations

 

•    Meeting legal duties to 16/17 year olds, care leavers and other 18 – 25s

 

•    Effective partnership working, planning and delivering of services

 

•    Improving pathways and preventing homelessness

 

•    Reviewing of joint protocols and their implementation

 

•    Delivery of a report and action plan with options for change, to align with your overall

homelessness strategy and your Local Offer for care leavers
