Housing Options Service Reviews

The focus of any homelessness service review is agreed with the client.

Generally the review will include many or all of the following elements:

•    Practical analysis of your current position, using data, customer, partner agency and staff feedback

 

•    Identifying with you the hot spots in your service re:  performance management

 

•    Keeping the service safe from legal challenge

 

•    Overcoming the most common problems e.g. high caseloads; positive outcomes for single people; reducing and ending rough sleeping; management of TA; improving partnership working

 

•    Options for the effectiveness of current and/or future team structures

 

•    Walking through the end-to-end processes and procedures that drive the service and

identifying points for change

 

•    Delivery of a full report and action plan with options for change
